    Hello.
    I am using your plugin to send contact form through an SMTP and I can’t get to attach PDF, Doc or JPG files …
    The server works properly for shipping without attachments.
    Use SSL/TLS secure server
    Imap Port: 993 Pop3 Port: 995
    SMTP PORT: 465
    Is it possible to attach files? Do you need an additional configuration? Could they help? Thank you

    Hi @octavioposadas

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Easy WP SMTP doesn’t apply any restrictions for file attachments, this setting is entirely up to the SMTP service you are integrating with.

    We would recommend either reaching out to your SMTP service provider or attempting to connect to another mailer (even if just as a test to see if your file attachments are still not working).

    As a last resort, you could also confirm if the issue is specific to the current SMTP service by testing the connection on another SMTP plugin. For example WP Mail SMTP.
