Attach same file to another post more than once?

Hi,
I’ve noticed that I am enable to attach existing file only once.When I try to attach this file to another post, it disappears from former post.
I use
<?php echo do_shortcode('[wpfilebase tag=attachments ]'); ?>on post type to display files.
