Attached file is missing/deleted

And downloading not working: file-not-found.txt is being downloaded with “File not found or deleted from server” text inside.

actually no such issue with latest version, if you are not using latest version please update your copy.

Just updated to 2.7 and followed the instructions to migrate from 2.6. Now 3 out of 4 of my old uploads indicate this. What gives?

Is there any answer to this? I just installed and followed the instructions in the video and the text, and I get “attached file is missing/deleted” every time.
