Attached file not found

    I’m investigating why an attached file in our form isn’t received by email, and I discovered that I can’t find the file on the server at all. I,e., I get a message that the file was uploaded successfully, but when I look in wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads, the folder is empty.

    I disabled plugins and changed to one of the default themes, but the issue still occurs. What else should I check?

    We block our sites for out-of-country IPs. Do you have a permanent IP that we can unblock?
