    Hello,

The attached pdf invoices that are sent to Admin and customers are displaying incorrectly.
All of the information is compressed onto 1 page, with the company name on top of the addresses on top of the order info.

Is there a way to fix this so that the pdf displays correctly and is readable?

    Thank you in advance!

I’m sorry about that. Do only the attachments do that, or does the PDF that you download from the backend do that too?

Could you try the option ‘reinstall fonts’ on the Status tab of the plugin settings?

Thank you for your help! I love your plugin.

The backend looks the same as the PDF attachment that is emailed to the customer and to me (admin).

I tried ‘reinstall fonts’ and the look of the invoice is the same.

Could you send an example PDF from the attachment and a PDF from the same order that you download from the backend to [email protected] so that we can see if we can find what’s wrong with the attachment version?

I took your advice and tried the Simple template. It showed that there was something wrong with my custom template (and css).

I am just going to keep the Simple template as it’s exactly what I need.

    Thank you for your help!
