Attaching files to assignments

    Hello,

    Is it possible to attach PDF/Word files in an assignment?

    I have a teacher who wants to attach the assignment questions (Word file) in the assignment post, so the students can download and solve and submit it.

    yes you can add pdf or word files in the assignments https://prntscr.com/xuty1l here is the add attachments option in the tutor lms assignment creation. A student can download and solve it and submit to the instructors.

    Thank you for your reply.

    It only accepts photos, when I try to upload and choose .docx or .pdf file it shows me this error.

    I have just updated to Tutor LMS Version 1.8.0

    Still same problem.. with the same error from the screenshot

    Still same problem after updating to version 1.8.1

    And got no reply for a week!

    Anyone from the support team has internet?

    As we have tested and solved the issue in our latest updates. This issue that you are facing now is assumed to be created by plugin or theme conflict. You need to check for that please. These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
    solves the issue
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to
    rule out the conflicting plugin
    3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme
    4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
    theme like Twenty Twenty and check
