Attaching images automatically

    Hello everyone

    I am trying to import our company website to wordpress, what I manage to do is converting database to wordpress posts but I have problems in image attachments. As I have more then 1000 products I need a way to resize all the images and add them to wp_postmeta table. Which functions do I need to call as if they are called when inserting an image to a post to resize and connect the galery to post?

    I am a bit talented in php coding but wordpress is too confusing for me.

    I have solved my problem as following way,
    I attached all my pictures to a new post then found all the picture ids and replaced them with the new post ids.
