Attaching photo with Safari error

Hello,

Hoping somebody can help me with this as I can’t seem to figure it out.

Details:
-I’ve turned akismet off and don’t have any other spam protection
-I don’t have any keywords in my WP settings that would block
-form works without photo
-attaching a photo using the camera works (iphone and android using chrome)
-attaching a photo from photo album works on chrome (iphone and android)
-attaching a photo from photo album does NOT work on safari (iphone), gives error and can’t be found in flamingo: one or more fields have an error please check and try again
