Yes. You have to select order status from backend and add attachment you want to send.

This plugin automatically send attachment for default order status mail send using wooocommerce

Would it automatically send the attachemnt on only certain product orders?

Yes By default it send attachment to all orders ,but you can select single product, multiple products to send attachment. You can check available option after install plugin
