Attachment Corrupt upon View or Download

    WP ver. 4.0.1
    BP ver. 2.0.1
    BP Docs ver. 1.8.1
    Server Windows OS

    Question / Issue.
    I am having a problem when I view a doc with a attachment, and then try to view or download the attachment(pdf,png). The end result is either a corrupt file or a message that says the file cannot be read or not supported.??

    Here is what I have tried(not sure if this will help or not).
    The actual file when I view it on the server is not corrupted. Also I have tried copying the same buddypress and buddypress docs plugin with the database onto a linux os and it worked without a hitch.

    A second Question, but less important than the first one above.
    Is there a way to view the attachment(once it works) from the dashboard where the post is located?
