    Hi,

I’m returning to Jetpack support but am not sure my question is specifically Jetpack-related.

A site I’m working on is missing a ton of media files: images and pdfs mostly.

When an image has been stolen, it’s kind of easy to spot that it’s missing when viewing the Media library. You see a broken icon or a blank icon where an image should be.

But when a PDF file is missing, it’s really tough to spot in the Media Library. The icons remain the same whether a PDF file is somewhere in the uploads directly or not! It’s only until you click further onto the attachment page that you see a 404 error. It would seem that the Media library is not working properly in this instant for PDF files.

Is there a quick way to view missing pdfs from the Media library?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there, @beatty67!

Your question is indeed not strictly Jetpack-related, so I’d recommend asking in the www.ads-software.com forums here:

    Support Forums

You will surely find more knowledgeable people there that can answer your question.

Hope this helps! If you have any other Jetpack-related question, feel free to create a new thread ??
