    Hi team,

On my Attachment Details, I don’t see the button this label, “Click on the button to move this file to another folder” refers to. You can check this screen capture.

Please let me know what I’m missing. It’d be awesome to change the file’s folder in the attachment page!

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mlchaves,

Thanks for writing to us today!

Yes, indeed you can change the file’s folder from the attachment page, and you just need to click on the “Uncategorized” as shown in your screenshot. It is called a button, because it appears as a button, and it only turns into a dropdown after you click on it.

But maybe I could suggest to our team to rephrase the instruction to something like “Click on the folder name to move this file to a different folder”.

You can see how I changed the folder of one file here:

    Hope that clarifies!

    Regards,

    Hey @ninjateamwp,

Actually, I clicked on “Uncategorized” in the FileBird Folder field first (a few times). Nothing happened. That’s when I read that label to click on “the button” which I couldn’t find lol. Hence, my support thread.

BTW, I checked the browser console at the time and didn’t see any errors.

I just logged back in to try again. But now, that FileBird Folder field is completely gone. Oh well.

    Thanks anyway!

    Hi @mlchaves,

In this case that it is not working for you as shown in my screencast, it is clearly a bug and you can chat our dev team to check for you here:
