    Hi!

I have installed a plugin on my website that is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Unfortunately, the “attachments” tab in the user panel redirects to a 404 error page (my-account/wcoa-attachments/). As for the emails sent to customers, there is no possibility to download or view compressed zip or rar files. However, images are displayed in the browser when previewing attachments sent through email.

Do you expect any updates in the near future to fix these issues?

    Best Regards,
    Karol

    1. Have you tried refreshing permalinks? Or does the site have cache plugins installed? If so, clean them.
Below is information on how you can refresh direct links:
Step 1:?In the WordPress admin area, go to “Settings > Permalinks”
      Step 2:?Click “Save Changes”
Step 3:?Permalinks and rewrite rules are flushed.
    2. Both from the My Account tab and from the email sent to the client, it is possible to download files such as zip, rar, etc. I also checked it now and it works.
Please provide more details if the problem persists.

My apologies, I am currently performing some heavy maintenance on the website and it seems that the cache was causing the error. Everything is working perfectly on both mobile and desktop now. Thank you.
