Attachment files not showing up in pods templates anymore
-
Hi there,
First some technical details:
pods 2.8.23
polylang 3.2.5
Wordpress: 6.0.1
astra-addon 3.9.1
wordpress-seo 19.4
wordpress-seo-premium 19.0.1
Builder: Default Gutenberg builder
Languages: English, Dutch, German
All other plug-ins are up-to-date. I have tried turning plugins on and off, delete caches, change settings of Polylang etc.I have looked at several topics on the forum and found this post which seems to resemble my issue: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/issue-with-wpml-and-pods-templates-since-2-8/
The templates were build using the docs: https://docs.pods.io/displaying-pods/template-tags/example-template-tag-usage/#page-header-1347
The problem is that I have build templates for 3 languages for showing a product page. The page contains some description of the product and displays catalogs (in .pdf). I have created a pod called xyz-Products (xyz is a placeholder for the brand). We then enter all related product information in the 3 languages. We attach a couple of .pdf files using the File / Image / Video pods.
3 Pods templates have been created for the 3 languages to display the information and catalogs in the 3 languages. There is no language assigned to the media files. The templates used to work really well. The text is still displayed in the correct language, however, the catalogs don′t show up on every translated page anymore. I have not been able to figure this out.Could anyone help us with getting the catalogs to show on the translated pages again?
