Attachment in confirmation email

I am afraid it isn’t possible,

You will be able to add the file as a regular download line using an anchor link, for example <a href="https://link-to-file">See the file</a>

But if you are using the upload field then this can be attached to email yes:

Another attached option is when the PDF is generated from the form using E2PDF integration https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#e2pdf
