Attachment issue

Hi,
i have an issue with attachment i sent and also with attachment sent by my customers, looks like link is broken: https://xxxxx.fr/?wpas-attachment=XXXXX
But if i go to media attachment is here and link from wordpress work: https://xxxxx.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=generate_wpo_wcpdf&document_type=credit-note&order_ids=XXXXX&access_key=dXXXXXXXXX
(i changed numbers by X for confidentiality)
Do i miss something ?
