Attachment page didnt show up

hello, i just try to develop some theme.
this is the detail about some issue :

I installed a same theme in two different location.
first, at vps with webuzo panel. and the second, at my localhost.

i want to make attachment page. with some tutorial from googled, i make copy of single.php and rename as attachment.php.

with some modification, i got a good attachment page.
But, when my script [attachment.php] uploaded on vps [root of theme], i got a default page.

Double check both of them, there is no different [vps & localhost]

Any help would be appreciated ??
