Attachment pages getting indexed in Google

I did ask a support question about this but was told to upgrade to Pro. Bit annoying as I only want to fix a simple problem.

Attachment pages are getting indexed in Google all of a sudden. I’ve used All In ONE for years and never had this issue. I’ve checked the setting to redirect attachment page / no index media. Not made a difference. Would really appreciate if someone could help with this….
