Attachment Path Disappears With Required Field Errors

    I have an attachment field on my form. When I click SUBMIT and there is a missing required field, the page refreshes to display errors. All entries on the form are remembered except the attachment file path. Is there a way to have the form remember the attachment path previously entered? In many cases, users don’t realize that the information disappeared and may not re-browse for the file.

  • PHP and web browser security does not allow access to the local selected file path, so I cannot may it fill in again.
    You can set the attachment to be a required field if you want.
