attachment rewrite

I have a slight problem, before I updated to 2.1 all my pictures when i was sending them to editor with “link to page” had the href like https://site.com/post/attachment_name
Now i can only get it to work like https://site.com/?attachment_id=xxx
and I don’t want that
What can I do to make it look like before ?
