Attachment upload not visible for visitors

  • Hello everybody. I am having trouble with the GD bbpress Attachments plug-in. The upload attachment option does not show for visitors. However, when I am logged in as admin, it does appear. I have already tried things out in the settings, the option ‘always include’ is selected, everyone is allowed to upload, the attachments are not hidden for visitors etcetera.

    Does anyone know how I can change this?

    Information that might be useful:
    You can find the link to my website above. The theme we are using is Promos (and I cannot change the theme due to time limits). The upload attachment doesn’t appear in any of the browsers I tried (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). Everything is updated to the most recent version. Your help would be amazing!
