Attachments are missing

  • I found that the order of steps you follow to create a post/page determines whether the images are in the attachments. If you upload the image as part of the post/page creation process, the images are in the attachments array. If you linked to an existing image in your media library (that was uploaded separately from the post creation) then the images will not be present.
