Attachments are not working anymore

    Hi,

    Since the last version i can’t open anymore the attachments sent by the customer, it’s loading and then show the homepage of our website

    It was working well with the previous version, can you help me please, i can send you the credentials privately

    Hello @calyweb

    You will be presented with database upgrade notice in the Dashboard of your website. Please follow that and it will start working again.

    We have made few improvements in the attachment area and for that it requires existing data to be upgraded.

    If you still face issues, feel free to create a new ticket on our website.
