Attachments for External/Affiliate product

    The Product Attachment for WooCommerce plugin works for my Simple Products but when a product type is set to External/Affiliate then the whole attachement section is missing in the Edit Product page.

    Even if I add attachments to a simple product and see them on the product page. When I change the product type to External/Affiliate the attachments disappear.

    Is the plugin supposed to work for the External/Affiliate products? The tab is there on the product page but the attachments are not.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Yes, currently you can add the product attachments for simple or variable products only.

    There is one way you can add attachments for the external product using the bulk attachment section.

    In the bulk attachment, you can select the external products as well.

    Thank you for the reply, I hope you will consider adding attachment support for the External/Affiliate product type in a future update.

    Unless there is a problem with that I don’t see.
