After an applicant submits the form through the Apply Online Plugin and attaches the required documents, I am unable to view these attachments properly. When attempting to open images, applications like Photos indicate that the file format is not supported, and for documents, Microsoft Word displays a message stating, “We found unreadable content.”

    Problem Details:

    • Images: Attempting to open attached images results in an error message, such as “Looks like we do not support that file format” in Photos.
    • Documents: Opening attached documents in Microsoft Word shows a message stating, “We found unreadable content.”

    Hi there,

We tested this scenario at our end we could not find any issue. We can access and read image files easily. It seems to be an issue with your web server, some incorrect settings may generate such errors.

hello. I use cloudways as hosting provider. I enquired them about this and this is what they said: that it has nothing to do with the server.

    “””

Thank you for holding patience, I have checked and the error is something once the images is downloaded to the computer and once it is downloaded to the computer and it shows the error it doesn’t have to do anything with the server.

    Oops

    How can I solve it

It is something the plugin team can confirm and help resolve it as the error it for the files that it being downloaded via their plugin.

There is no error related to the file in the logs or console of the app.

Does that mean I would have to contact them again?

Yes, you need to share all the details, that I have shared with you and ask if there is any configuration that needs to be set on the server since the error isn’t related to the server.
