attachments showing twice

    When I upload an attachment to BBPress, it uploads ONCE but displays TWICE on the forum.

    This is a relatively recent phenomenon; before it used to work fine.

    The link goes to an example of this.

    Can you help please?

    In fact, it shows two different attachments (different ID’s). I am not sure how this can happen.

    Well that took me ages to sort out!

    For future reference, it was to do with the WPML translation plugin. There, the POST TYPE TRANSLATION > MEDIA (ATTACHMENT) needs to be set to NOT TRANSLATABLE otherwise it will double up attachment uploads in GD.
