    Localhost is the machine you are on or have WordPress installed on. It’s not available on the greater internet.

    You might instead get the WordPress to work as you wish as a CMS and use a static content created to convert everything to static files and unload all that to a directory on that proxy boxen’s server for it to server at the address given.
