Attendee information not showing

    I am attempting to add tickets to a page but the attendee information is not appearing in the ticket field. I have a page that I created prior to the latest updated that was working that is now no longer working. I can see the attendees and see that the tickets have attendee info tied to them but the attendee information section is not showing up.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, and thank you for your patience. Our support team has been dealing with some critical levels in the queue, that’s why it’s taking longer to hear back from us. I’m deeply sorry for this.

    Do you have a link where I can see the issue in place? I am not particularly sure if by attendee information you mean the modal which is supposed to ask the user for their information or something else.

    I don’t yet as I’m working on the site on behalf of a client. Their finance manager paid for the plugin so I’d have to go through him to open a ticket.

    I’ll run more conflict tests first.
