    Hi,

We have configured the plugin and have managed to do a few test registrations but are now getting the following error

Unfortunately the attendee limit has been reached for this webinar so we were unable to register you for Embracing Virtual Hiring

But we have only 3 people register for the webinar during testing and have register limit of 10,000.

    Any advice?

    Hi @shaunkirk,

You would need to contact GoToWebinar support about this one and ask them if there are any API limitations on your account. Our plugin is just reporting back what GoToWebinar is saying. Thanks,

    Hello,

after connecting with a new gotowebinar account we have the same problem.
Was there a solution to the problem? If so, can you tell us the solution?

    Thanks

We actually ran into the same issue yesterday. That is the: Webinar Registration Unsuccessful (attendee limit reached). And our GoToWebinar form didn’t have a limit.

From the WP GoToWebinar administration page we re-logged in to GoToWebinar and then the error ceased. Guessing the login token needed to be refreshed or something.
