Attendee Registration

  • Hello Support,

    I need a way to add a validation for the attendee form to disable the users from proceeding if the email has been used before or found in attendees list for that event.

    This is really important for me. could you help me with this?

    Hi,

    Sorry to say that, we don’t have this option right now. It is already on our roadmap.

    Please check our roadmap and upvote the request. And if you need this urgently then please we will suggest you to hire a developer for this job. We will provide you with the path for the code. Hope your developer can easily implement this. And we are taking this as our improvement list. We have already started many feature works. Hope this feature will also be implemented in the future.
