Attendees list

Hi there,
Thank you so much for this plugin – is working great but I can’t seem to get the attendees list working despite reading everything about it.
I have updated: Settings / Formatting / Events page to include the
#_ATTENDEESLIST placeholder. In the Default Event list footer I have included:</tbody></table> <h2>Order list</h2> #_ATTENDEESLISTBut it just prints the placeholder. Is there something else I need to do?
