Purchased per version as a single license, but 90% of the function is only available from a business license. It says upgrade everywhere and the reference that you need the Pro license.
absolutely rip off! Absolutely bad, where did the rating come from. Hands off, better buy [ deleted, do not recommend another plugin in a 3rd party plugin review again as that is not appropriate behavior ], that works immediately and isn’t scam like this ??

@ryce – Sorry about the poor experience. Our pricing plans clearly lay out what each plan gives access too.
I’m glad you enjoy using Photoblocks, we made that plugin too (we own multiple gallery plugins, including Photoblocks).

Just wanted to add to the above:
– It looks like you’ve purchased our “Starter” package and, as mentioned previously, you can see everything that’s included with the Starter plan on our pricing page. There’s a pricing plan comparison table as well as a less detailed overview of what each pricing package contains.
– I do agree that we should probably look into finding a better way to present the missing features, without using upgrade nags AFTER someone’s given us their money. The problem we were looking to address here was this type of confusion we’ve seen with a small percentage of our user base, where, after purchasing one of our pricing packages, they don’t realise that their pricing package MIGHT NOT include the feature they’re looking for.
– This statement “90% of the functionality is available on the Business plan” is something I have to strongly disagree with. Most of our purchases are for the Starter plan, a staggering 68% of our purchases, actually. So, no, “most of the functionality” is actually available on our cheapest pricing plan, which starts at $39.The “scam” statement is the most hurtful one to be honest, given how much effort we’ve put into this product and continue to put into it. You got your money back, as per our 14-day no-questions-asked money-back refund policy and yet, you still call us a scam? I’m sorry, but I fail to see how exactly we’ve scammed anyone.
If anything, we’ve been duped here – you got the code to our product (for free) and we ended up with a 1* review.
