Attribute errors

    Hello,

    Thank you for a great plugin! I’m testing how it works, and found there were two attribute errors.
    (I use validator.w3.org)

    (1) Duplicate ID
    The ID es-subscribe stays same (= duplicated) when there are 2 or more forms on one page.
    <input type="hidden" name="esfpx_es-subscribe" id="es-subscribe" value="xxxx"/>

    (2) Bad value -1 for attribute autocomplete on element.
    <input type="email" name="esfpx_es_hp_email" class="es_required_field" tabindex="-1" autocomplete="-1" value=""/>
