  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. So you are saying that for simple products the color values are not making it to your feed? Are you sure that the color values for your simple products do not sit in a different attribute (name) than for your product variations?

Thanks for the reply. Some of our variations share the same attributes as our simple products and some of their own attributes. Let me know if you have any other questions.

When the variations and simple products share the exact same attribute for colors than those values should make it to your feed just fine. When there are different color attributes than that of course will pose an issue as you can map only one color attribute to Google’s g:color field.

Can you share the following with us:

    1. Your product feed URL
    2. An URL of a simple product that has a color but that color is not making it to your feed.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I checked your feed and only product variations in your feed have the color field filled. It appears as if their attribute name is this one: attribute_pa_style

For your simple products, including the one you shared, there doesn’t seem to be such an attribute on the product page (nor in its source) so it seems like the color (style) for simple products does have another attribute?
