• What do you even do with the attributes? this is very complex to use and there is no documentation regarding how to at least make your first product using this plugin. I’ll shoot 1 star since it was useless to me, I may update the rating as soon as some sort of manual shows up.

  • Hi,

Yes, I agree, it is complex, but there are a lot of features and options.

But – it was quite the opposite experience for us. Did you contact the developer? They bent over backwards to help us get it the way we needed it. And there are instructions and FAQ on their website at https://wpraffle.com/getting-started/

I would call them, or send an email – they got right back to me and sent a few video screen shots of how to configure. They did say they were adding more features and would be releasing updated documentation but we waiting on the new features to be done when I called them a few weeks ago.

Hi – I am the developer and I am confused with this review. We do not use the attributes functionality of WooCommerce. Attributes are a standard function in WooCommerce products, but we do not use them or are they applicable. Because the raffle tickets are a product, whatever standard or features you have added with a plugin within WooCommerce, they will display. We have a Getting Started Guide on our website and are adding more videos on different usage ideas.

The setup of a product is very straight forward in its simplest form, you create a category and then add a product and specify the number of raffle tickets for that product. We offer several different ways to display and generate the ticket numbers and format and that can be complex.

As always, feel free to contact us at wpraffle.com with any support questions, we go out of our way to make sure things are working correctly.
