• Have latest versions of wordpress and woocommerce installed.

I have several products that have custom attributes set on them. (3 or 4 simple options)
I have noticed that these attributes and options have disappeared from the products. This only seems to be on products that have “custom” attributes.
The attributes and variations section on the product is empty, however if you go to the front end shop and view the product the variable price is still there, but the dropdown is not. !
Which tells me the attributes and variations must still be there somewhere however they are not showing in the admin area of the product.

Any help on this please ?

I have a similar issue, but for me the plugin locks in “thinking” mode while trying to change/add attributes.

    Same here.
Switch back to 3.0.4 and wait for the fix.

    Same problem.
I Just found it… and it affects a lot of my products.

My attributes “Quantity” and “Dimension” (available default by woocommerce) though visible in the attributes section with all their range of values, when accessed/added in a product profile with relevant variations … they appear as custom variables with “|” separated values that make no sense. If I try to remove the attribute to re-add it… they are greyed-out (disabled).

Is this a documented bug and going to be fixed?
    Should I do a roll-back?

    Thanks

I’ve rolled back to 3.4, but it didn’t work for me. The issue was still there. Then I rolled back to 2.6.x and it worked.

Rolling back to 3.04 has reverted the issue… for what I can tell!

Rolling back to 2.6.x mean rolling back db which is a major step and I don’t know if I am qualified to do it.

Hopefully i will stay in 3.04 and woocommerce 3.06 will find a good balance.
Woocommerce 3.X isn’t noob friendly for the moment.

    Good luck to all!

I have the same problem since the latest update of woocommerce.. Is there another way to solve it besides rolling back to previous version?

My problem was fixed with 3.07 update.
What version do you currently have and from which one did you updated from.

If you are currently on 3.07 and have upgraded from 2.6.x then a rollback to 2.6.x would not be recommended since you had a db update (unless you have db backup too). I would recommend trying out 3.04 and see if it is better for you. Download it from the repo and upload it to your site with ftp:
    – Deactivate woocommerce plugin
    – Use ftp and move woocommerce (current one) in a new plugins-backup folder
    – Use ftp and upload woocommerce (3.04) in your plugins folder
    – Activate woocommerce plugin

I am suggesting 3.04 because it was the more stable version for me and my plugins.
But i am currently sitting on 3.07 with no problems (fingers crossed).

    Hope it helps
    Good luck!
