Attributes not loading to add to products

The likely cause is a conflict with another of your plugins. To find out which one, temporarily deactivate all plugins except WC. If it works now, reactivate one-by-one and check.

Product add-ons seems to be active in that page, so start by deactivating that one and test.

If I deactivate my plugins and then reactivate them, will I lose the settings of those plugins and have to redo everything all over again?

Deactivating a plugin should not lose its settings. Deleting would do though.

Start with the Product add-on one and test. If its not that, deactivate them all and reactivate one-by one and test.

That seemed to work!

I do need a product add-on option for the Headers that we offer. Just add $8.00 to the total if they want it modified a certain way…do you have any ideas on how to add that without using that plug-in?

Its unlikely you would get code for that through the forum.

I should make sure you have the latest version of your Product add-on plugin and, if so, report your finding to its support service. The vendor may have an update pending.
