• Hi,
since the upgrade to WooCommerce 2.5.1 the product attributes no longer show up on customer confirmation e-mails etc. You can see/select the attributes on the frontend, the attribute name shows up in the confirmation mail but not the actual value.
This is happening on all the sites I run and have done the latest WC2.5.1 update.
I have also removed the bw combat code re. stock management as I thought it would be linked to it. But still the issue remains.
We need to have the attributes working as now we have to contact each customer to enquire what there selection was.

    Help?

    thanks, Daniela.

Is it just the emails affected, or are they also not visible in the backend?

No, the moment you select the value and add the product to the cart, you are unable to see what you have selected. It seems like a single product is added instead of the variable product.

here is an img of the order screen of one of the sites where you can read “Diameter” and next to it used to be the selected value.

    System report below.

Do you need the system reports from the other site as well?

    thanks!
    Daniela.

Can you do a test on one of your sites without WPML and see if thats affecting the variations. Attributes get pulled by ID, and since WPML duplicates posts it could create a discrepancy.

I did the test on another site without WPML and it didn’t happen.
A couple of hours ago WPML updates came, done them, and it all seems to work fine again.

    thanks for the tip!
