• Since we put our website in production, we have attributes translations duplicated in the back office.

The language by defautl is english, all the attributes terms were translated in several languages.
But now we can see new attributes terms created in the back office whose original language is the term language from the translations.

E.g : I have the attribute “color” with the term “Red” (EN as original language) and the french translation “Rouge” .

In my attributes, I now have a new term “Rouge” created with french as original language with no translation in english.

That means that I have now 2 terms displaying in my attribute “Color” in my product page in the back office, which should only display attributes terms from the language of the product I am in.

We did not change settings between our staging environment and live one. We don’t know where that could come from.

    Hello @leadu,

It seems like the situation described is the same from the following errata. If that’s the case, please make a full backup of your site and upgrade your WPML to 4.5.8 version:
    https://wpml.org/errata/wp-6-0-issues-with-terms-assigned-to-posts/

Otherwise, if your development environment is working fine, it could be also a migration issue. If that’s the case, it worth to try again the migration process.

Finally, it none of these alternatives cover your case, we may need to move to our support forum.

    I hope it helps,
    Regards
