Attribution for Facebook Ads Campaign not working

    Hi Team, I have a weird issue going on. On my site, Facebook events and event tracking work as expected (probably not 100% accurate, but close enough). Check here

    However, whenever I run a campaign through my Facebook ads account ( by configuring and adding the relevant Web Pixel), it never attributes any conversion whatsoever to itself

    I know thats not true, because on Google Analytics, I can see that conversions were attributed to “Social” Channel.

    So I always end up in a situation where I run a campaign, the 1st day is great, but because the campaign cannot detect those conversion and attribute those conversions to itself, it starts to deteriorate significantly within 2-3 business days.

    I had both Facebook for woocommerece and Facebook for WordPress plugins . So I disabled Facebook for WordPress.

    Still, the conversion tracking does not work through Ads Campaign. I am not sure what to do in this case. My configuration must be fine at WordPress level, otherwise I won’t have event tracking at all?

    Would highly appreciate your help. Can’t spent on Facebook Ads like I would want

    Sorry to hear about that.

    To get a better idea about your site configuration, please share a copy of your site’s System Status, you can navigate to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?
