    Hello
I have a strange issue that happens to my products.
I upload variable products manually, Then add some attributes and use some of the attributes in variations. Then add variations data.
After a while, I notice that variations disappear from product and also attributes used for these attributions
The link I sent is just an example. This happens in a lot of items

    Update:
When I go to edit product, I just add attributes again and when I go to variations I find old ones added with their full data

    More details in this video
The first video has no audio
    Here is another one ??

    I don’t know what’s wrong

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Looking through that video, it seems like a head-scratcher indeed!

When glancing around as you were working, I noticed the following:

    • You have caching plugin(s) installed
    • You have WPML installed

These are two prime suspects to rule out first as it looks like a conflict is coming from one of your plugins (or the theme itself).

To check for conflicts: Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default TwentyNineteen theme?

    Hi @riversworldsa

I just wanted to quickly check-in with you about the problem you reported with us. Were you able to fix the problem?

I’m fairly certain that the conflict test suggested by RK above, should help in guiding you in the right direction. You can read more about this here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Since we haven’t heard from you in a while, we’re marking this thread as Resolved for now.

Please feel free to reply to us in this thread, should the problem persist. We are happy to look into this and guide you further.

    All the best!
