ATUM Inventory – Dashboard doesn’t load

    Hi,

    We’re having an issue on a site, where when clicking the “ATUM Inventory > Dashboard” link in the admin area, it’s just continuously loading and eventually the whole admin area stops loading for a while and shows 504 Gateway Time-out.

    The website has 130,000 products, so I imagine this may be one of the issues?

    Any ideas on resolving this?

    130,000 products are a lot, indeed.
    The Dashboard does a lot of calculations internally and to be able to handle so many products it would consume a lot of server resources.
    Perhaps the operation timed out due to your PHP settings or you need to increase your server resources.

    If you want to know what was the exact cause, I’d suggest you enable your PHP error log and force this issue again. It should be registered there.
