ATUM Product levels

Several issues:
1. When using the BOM functionality, I set a starting quantity of raw materials, then when I go and set the individual variations using that raw material in the BOM, it adds to the quantity in stock rather than reducing it, as one would expect would happen using a BOM. Tried to make adjustments using the inventory logs, they save but will not update, cannot be marked “completed” and otherwise just don’t work.
2. I get three PHP notices about “Trying to get property of non-object” from
wp-content/plugins/atum-product-levels/classes/ProductLevels.php:145
AtumLevels\ProductLevels->exclude_materials_from_query()
wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:298
3. I, too, have the problem where items managed by your Stock Manager plugin show as out of stock.
