ATUM shows all products in stock even those with stock level zero

    Just installed ATUM and set our 19991 products (books and games) to be controlled.

    ATUM is correctly showing the stock levels for our Simple and Variable products under Current Stock, but is also showing all our products under ‘in stock’ and Zero products under the ‘out of stock’ tab.

    We should have several thousand products out of stock.

    I checked a variable product where all variations are out of stock. The front end correctly shows the product as out of stock, but Stock Central shows a – under the Stock Indicator.

    A simple product is shown in Stock Central with the green tick showing In Stock, even though the ‘Current stock’ on the same page is zero.

    How can I get ATUM to correctly report my out of stock products? I love the plugin so far otherwise, it looks perfect for our needs.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Please try using the “Update products’ calculated properties” tool you can find in the ATUM settings tools section and tell us if that works for you.

    Thank you José for the fast and helpful response. The tool is now churning through our products, but I can already see that it’s moved 1400+ products to Out of Stock where they should be, so I think this was all that we needed.

    I will leave a full review once I’ve finished testing the ATUM multi-inventory add on plugin since we will need that functionality too.
