Auction image not showing

    The main image for the auction is not showing up on the auction page or as a thumbnail on the main auctions page (https://pride.swrainbowalliance.org/auctions/) even though it is in WordPress (https://pride.swrainbowalliance.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/IMG_2924.jpeg). It does not seem to happen with every image, and I cannot figure out what is different about the ones that do not work.

    On the main auctions page I have hidden the broken images via CSS (li.product_single_auction_thumb.prod_img{display:none;}).

    Also, if there is only one image the slider arrows still show up. I would assume if there is only one photo the arrows would not be rendered.

    Go to Ultimate Auction -> Add Auction -> Add the below details and Click the Save Changes button. 

    Add Product Title
    Product Description
    Add all Product Images properly
    Opening Price
    Lowest Price to Accept
    Incremental Value
    Ending Date
    Buy Now Price

    After creating the auction using the above details, please check this issue again on your site. If this issue still occurs, we need to debug more about your issue. we suggest you post your query here. We will check it.?

    -> Click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button and paste it into a text file.

    -> Please send the text file which includes all the configuration of your site.

    This will help us analyze the WordPress setup that you are running and will give us an idea of WP and related software used on your site. It will be easy for us to reproduce this issue on our server.?

    Hello @mssearose,

    Please follow the below steps.

    1) It looks like the second layout is enabled from the auction settings on your site. We suggest you that please enable the first layout on your site and test this issue again if the thumbnail is displayed on the auction list page or not. Let us know the result.

    Go to Admin Dashboard -> Ultimate Auction -> Settings -> Auction -> Choose Bid layout -> Select “Enable the first layout” option -> Save Changes.

    Once you test the issue with the first layout, switch back to the second layout.

    2) We have made changes to the Ultimate WordPress Auction Plugin code in two different ways. We have attached the auction plugin zip via two links below. Please download the auction plugin from the below link, install it on your site, and test the thumbnail issue. Please test both auction plugin zips which we have shared below and let us know the result.
