Auction Not Showing with shortcode

We have developed the below shortcode into the Ultimate WordPress Auction Plugin. It lists all the auctions.

Still not sure what I am doing wrong,

Grocery Outlet invites you to take part in this year’s Cookie Auction! The auction will run December 12-18, 2023. There are 16 different cookie items to bid on. Simply place your bid and if you’re the highest bidder on December 18 – you win! You’ll be notified for payment and pickup times.

100% of the proceeds raised from this auction stay local and will be donated to Care Moses Lake and will be used for their Care Bowls program. They make hot soup weekly for those in need at the Moses Lake Sleep Center. You get yummy, homebaked cookies, and they get much needed funding for this cause. We love win/wins at Grocery Outlet and this is certainly a win!

The link to bid will go live on Tuesday, December 12th at noon!

Actually, I think we ran into this problem before on the site and it has something to do with the theme, so the auction will never show up.

3) Admin can display the auction list using the below way.

-> Create a new page
-> Add shortcode “[wdm_auction_listing]”
-> Publish the page

4) Please answer the below query.

-> Make sure that you have created live auctions on your site. You can check live auctions from the below path.

Go to Admin Dashboard -> Ultimate Auctions -> Manage Auctions -> Live Auctions

-> Activate the Ultimate WordPress Auction plugin and Then one by one, please deactivate other plugins installed on your website and see if this issue goes away. When you find the plugin on whose deactivation, this issue goes away, then please share with us the plugin name so that we can test ourselves and check the issue.

-> Could you also share which theme you are using and share its zip if it is paid so that we can install and test it in-house?

Здравствуйте, спасибо за ответ. Я следовала вашим рекомендациям и получилось всё кроме того, что люди не могут сделать ставку. После нажатия кнопки “Сделать ставку” их перебрасывает на страницу регистрации в Вордпресс. На этом сайте далёком от жизни обычных людей, никто из них не будет регистрироваться и из-за этого участвовать в моих аукционах. Есть ли решение этой проблемы ? We have provided the below options to place a bid. 
1) Only if they are logged in – If this option is selected, the bidder needs to first login/register to the admin site to place a bid. 
2) Without login as well – If this option is selected, the Bidder can directly place a bid on the auction without login/registering on the admin site.

According to your query, when any bidder tries to place a bid, it will redirect to the administrator page. Because the “Only if they are logged in” option is selected in the auction settings on your site. When any bidder tries to place a bid without login/registration, the plugin will redirect to the login page. So, that bidder can log in to the admin site. The plugin will count the administrator page as a default login page. That is why it will redirect to the administrator page. If you have a custom login/registration page, you can set it into the below path. 

Go to Admin Dashboard -> Ultimate Auction -> Settings -> Auction -> Login Page URL -> Save Changes.

It will redirect to your custom login page when the bidder tries to place a bid without login/registration. 

If you want the bidder can place a bid directly without login/registering on the admin site, you can select the “Without login as well” option from the auction setting.?
