Auction Nudge Not Showing all Listings

    Hi, I have 4 listings running currently on ebay.ie (Ireland). However, only one of them shows. I’ve emptied the cache on my browser (no change) tried another browser (no change) and emptied the cache in WordPress also no change. It did work properly for a separate account I have on eBay.ie. However, I recently changed the account in Auction Nudge and only 1 of the 4 listings will show – the new account ID is correct. I also tried an incognito tab in Chrome but no change.

    I’ve been through the topics in the forum but I can’t see a reference to this particular problem. Can you help?

    My apologies. This has resolved itself. Changes to eBay don’t show up immediately and took an hour or two in this case. Thanks, Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for reaching out and for the update – I’m glad you got it sorted.

    No one has reported this for years, but this is actually caused by a delay with new accounts on eBay’s end.

    There was only an obscure reference to it in the Help section, so I have updated that page to hopefully help others. Thanks for posting about it here!
