• I’ve setup a PWA using super PWA and added the push notifications add on. All seems to be working smoothly – I enable push notifications on my device (iPhone 13) and I see the subscriber count go to 1 in wp admin. However, when I send a notification I get ‘Audience Not Found’. What am I doing wrong? I’ve followed all the steps to add the API token etc.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us, Kindly share the URL once so we can check.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem since weeks. It never work since I try this plugin with the PWA from Magazin3.

After I setup a notification I get Success 0 Failed 2 for both IOS and Android

Is there any Youtube Video, what shows us, that we do all things right. This can be so easy.

Unfortunately I cannot show the URL as it’s a client site that is not live yet. It is hosted on WPEngine.

I’ve followed the steps, I can see in the backend that I have two subscribers – one is me on my phone and one is me on chrome on my desktop. The push notification does not send at all, I just get the message ‘Audience Not Found’

Is it right, that the free version didn’t support iPhones? So this plugin is useless in the free version, because I only reach Android users?

Is this true? Will be really sad, because it is the only plugin to send push notification direct from the admin area in WordPress.
