Audiences hugely differ from stats

    Hey, I’ve set-up events and audiences, but the numbers they’re putting out are hugely off. For example: I have had close to 7000 visitors on my website in the last 90 days. According to pixel caffeine I had 20. So obviously there is something wrong, but I am unable to figure out what.

    I tried to set-up an audience without using events as I thought maybe I made a mistake there. Whilst it improved the problem somewhat there’s still a huge difference with 7000 visitors yielding only 2400 audience.

    Any idea what is going on?

    Ooohh yes, you just need to download the newest version of plugin, I already fixed that! ?? Sorry, I didn’t think about make sure have the latest version of plugin. So please, update it and you’ll fix those errors. Thanks.

    nooope … I just updated the plugin, reactivated it and guess what …

    I am getting the same error as before:

    ok. The audience still seems problematic.

    This is a fairly new site. Started in March this year.

    This month I had 3342 visitors compared to 2450 last month. Altogether 8363 visitors since I started this site

    Yet, on the pixel caffeine audience it shows 20 (not a typo – in words: twenty) visitors for
    * url contains: members.dievogelschule.com
    * 180 days

    That can’t be right. Any ideas?

    I should mention that every single one of my audiences that I set-up has this result (i.e. 20)

    Have you checked the Pixel Helper if the pixel is fired properly? Also, have you tried to create the custom audience directly in Facebook Business Manager? In order to understand if there is something wrong in the custom audience creation by Pixel Caffeine admin.
