Audio File Size

Easiest solution: Upload your audio files to a separate directory in your site named “audio” – or whatever you like- using your ftp client, and reference them from that directory when posting.

The answer to your actual question can be found in here. Solutions and results may very depending on who your host is and what they will allow. php.ini settings post_max_size and upload_max_filesize are probably what you will need to focus on.
